Verse of the Day: “[A Life of God-Worship] “Don’t hoard treasure down here where it gets eaten by moths and corroded by rust or—worse!—stolen by burglars. Stockpile treasure in heaven, where it’s safe from moth and rust and burglars. It’s obvious, isn’t it? The place where your treasure is, is the place you will most want to be, and end up being.” Matthew 6:19-21 MSG

Things that are awesome: ... Friends when you really need them. I had a horrible day yesterday- cried a lot, and felt like a complete failure.  I talked to my dad about it, and when he came home from work, he spend the evening with me, playing banannagrams and even watching House (which he hates) just to make me feel a little less alone. It helped a lot.

House Quote of the Day:
                                        Foreman: "Hypervigilance, sudden irritablility.."
House: "Symptoms of... lunch with Cuddy?"

Truth or Myth?: "Packaged baby carrots can be hazardous to your health."
(Yesterday's answer: Myth.  Betty Crocker was a marketing tool created for the Washburn Crosby Company of Minneapolis.)

ScaryFact of the Day: "Almost 6,000 Americans- about seventeen per day- suffered fatal injuries on the job in 2006."

Psych fact of the day: herpetophobia=fear of reptiles
