Things that are awesome:  Rented this one at the Redbos today (no $ to buy it at the moment) and this latest edition is GREAT! Tons of good songs this time- including some Rihanna, Flo Rida, JLo and Pit Bull, and my favorite... Maroon 5.  Super great workout and fun to learn all the latest moves! Definetly rent this one if you can!!

Psych Fact of the Day: Harry Harlow= psychologist who did an experiment with monkeys... discovered that monkeys responded to a cloth mother better than the wire mother, EVEN though the wire mother had milk bottles attached and the cloth mother didn't.  Monkeys with the cloth mother also turned out more socially adjusted than the monkeys who were stuck with the wire one. PROVING the importance of physical affection for developing well-adjusted offspring.
